A collection of eight re-developed one and two bedroom flats in Boston
Grove House is situated in the charming old market town of Boston in Lincolnshire and was originally built in 1819 as an independent chapel. Since then the building has served many other purposes. SPC Developments acquired Grove House in 2016 and have now sympathetically renovated the property in to a collection of eight flats. The combination of one and two bedroom flats all feature fantastic high ceilings and beautiful large timber arch topped windows. Each flat has also been extensively remodelled to suit all tastes and lifestyles. The communal hallway is fresh, clean and inviting and the location allows for easy access to both shops and restaurants. These flats were so well received that all eight were sold in a matter of days.
